Log-in to your Charidy dashboard at dashboard.charidy.com/login.
On the left menu bar, select ‘Donation Summaries’.
Select ‘Stripe Recurring Plan Summary’ from the list of report options.
Select your desired campaign and click ‘Refresh’.
A table will populate with your donor’s subscription information. You can view it there within your Dashboard, or, for easy editing and readability, you can download the report as an Excel file.
This table lists each of your open subscriptions for a given campaign. Additionally it lists donor data, the number of installments the subscription is open for, how many successful charges have occurred, how many remain, if the subscription is still active, and more.
You can use this report to stay on top of your subscriptions and ensure they are charging successfully.
An important note about donors and subscriptions:
The donor is notified via email for upcoming charges, failed charges, and if their subscription is canceled.
If a subscription installment fails to process, Stripe will automatically attempt to complete that charge up to five times over the course of a few days. If the installment cannot process after the fifth attempt, the subscription is automatically canceled.
Donors also have the ability to cancel a subscription in their Charidy donor profile or through a link provided in their notification emails.
