When will I receive a receipt?
Flexible funding campaigns*:
You will receive a confirmation email and your receipt moments after making your donation.
There are occasions when the organization will send all receipts at the conclusion of the campaign. Such conditions will be explicitly expressed in the donation confirmation email.
All-or-nothing campaigns**:
You will receive a confirmation email moments after making your donation. However, your receipt will be sent at the campaign's successful conclusion.

*A flexible funding campaign is a fundraiser where the organization receives all the funds whether or not they reach their goal.
*All-or-nothing campaigns - the organization only receives the funds if they reach or surpass their goal.
Where can I find the receipt?
Here are a few ways how you can find your receipt:
1. Search your email inbox. Try the keywords such as the name of the organization, the name of the campaign, etc.
2. Via your Charidy Donor's Account
1. Login by using this link. On the left side menu click "Donations"
2. Locate the appropriate donation and click on "Receipts".
3. Scroll down and click on Download Receipt.
4. Your receipt will appear as a PDF in your downloads on your device.

How can I download my receipt?
Individual Download:
1. Log in to your account and click on Donations.
2. Locate the appropriate donation and click on Receipts.
3. Scroll down and click on Download Receipt.
4. Your receipt will appear as a PDF in your downloads on your device.
Bulk Download:
1. Log in to your account and click on Donations.
2. Click on Download Receipts.
3. If you would like your downloaded attachments to be sent to an email address other than the one listed on your donation, simply edit the pre-filled email in the box.
4. Click download and check your inbox for an email from support@charidy.com.
