Changing the address listed on your receipt:
- Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to change the address on your receipt
- Please include which receipt you would like amended and the new address you would like to appear on your receipt
Changing the name on your receipt if you have a Charidy donor profile:
- Log in to your donor profile at dashboard.charidy.com/donor-log-in
- Select ‘Donations' on the left-hand side of your profile.
- Locate the donation you would like to amend and click on the receipt button on the right-hand side of the row.
- The receipt will appear with an option at the top to re-enter the receipt name.
- Amend the name to what you would like to appear on the receipt & click ‘Regenerate Receipt’
- In a moment, your amended receipt will be ready to view and download
If you are having difficulty regenerating your receipt, please clear your browser cache and follow the steps listed above.
If you have a donor profile, but your desired donation and receipt are not showing in your account, then it needs to be linked to your profile. Please email email@example.com for assistance.
To avoid this issue in the future, please make sure you are signed in to your account when donating.
If you need to make urgent changes to your donation, such as dedication changes, switching teams, dividing between multiple teams for a LIVE campaign, please consider reaching out to the organization directly, as our Customer Support Department may take up to 24 to get back to you.
