Exporting Donor Data
After a campaign completes, or even during a campaign, it is helpful to have a report of all things donors- their names, their donation amounts, phone numbers, email addresses, etc. Directly in your Charidy account, you can access all of this information and export the specific data you want.
Completing the Donation Export:
The donation export can be found in your organization's dashboard. On the dashboard page, select the campaign in the dropdown menu at the top of the page. Scrolling lower down the page, there will be a red tab called “Export”. Click “Export” and choose “Donation Export”. You will then be given the option to choose which type of donor report and donor fields you want to export.

Next, you need to determine what kind of report you are looking to generate. You can filter by categories such as team, payment gateway, and donation type. Additionally, we divide our donor reports into Basic and Full Donor's Data.
Data can be filtered according to:
Gateway - offline donations, Stripe, PayPal, etc.
Teams - you can generate a report for a specific team
Date - You can set specific dates to export data from
Donation Type- You can export one time donations or recurring donations
Basic Report- This is the most general and basic report for donation data. It includes each donation, donor's name, amount donated, status, donor’s address, and phone number.
Full Donor's Data- This report gives you the most data for your donors and donations. It gives you the option to choose which additional fields you want to include in your report. Additional fields include original currency, team, more bank/credit card information, dedication notes, recurring information, and any custom fields you may have added to your donation form. To review all available fields select "Full Donor's Data" report type.
You may check or uncheck fields according to your needs.
