Can you update the name on your receipt?
Yes! You can easily change the name on your donation receipt from your donor profile. Just log in, make the update, and download your new receipt in seconds.
Changing the name on your receipt in your Charidy donor profile:
- Log in to your donor profile at dashboard.charidy.com/donor-log-in
- Click “Donations” in the left-hand menu
- Find the donation you want to update and click the “Receipt” button on the right
- At the top of the receipt, you’ll see an option to re-enter the name
- Update the name you want shown on the receipt and click “Regenerate Receipt”
- Your updated receipt will be ready to view and download in just a moment!
Trouble regenerating your receipt?
If the new receipt isn’t loading, try clearing your browser cache and follow the steps above again.
Can’t find your donation in your profile?
If you have a donor profile but don’t see a donation listed, it may not be linked to your account yet. Just email us at support@charidy.com and we’ll get it sorted for you.
To avoid this in the future, make sure you’re logged into your account when making a donation.
