From adding new teams to sending updates, the Teams tab keeps your campaign running smoothly and your team leaders informed every step of the way.
The Teams tab is the fifth step in setting up your campaign, and it’s where you’ll manage all things related to your fundraising teams.
There are three main actions you can take here:
1. Add a New Team
Click “Add New Team” to get started.
You’ll be prompted to enter the team’s name, a shortlink, and a fundraising goal. You can also upload a team image if you’d like.
In the “Team Leader” tab, you can add the leader’s name, email, and phone number. Including this info will let you send updates and messages directly to your team leaders from your Charidy dashboard.
2. Send Email Notifications
Want to update your teams or share exciting news? Click “Send Email Notification” to send a message to one or more teams.
Choose who you’d like to email, enter the reply-to email address, and write your subject line. Then, use the placeholders provided to personalize your message. These placeholders automatically insert each team’s name, goal, amount raised, shortlink, and more—so you can send one email that feels custom to everyone.
