You can customize the email your donors receive right after they make a donation—this is called the donation confirmation letter. In most cases, this email includes the donor’s receipt as an attachment (except for certain payment methods like Israeli gateways and PayPal).
Here’s how to personalize this message to match your campaign and voice:
Step 1: Log in to Your Campaign
Head to your Charidy dashboard, click "Campaigns", and select the campaign you'd like to edit.
Step 2: Open the Emails Tab
Click on the "Emails" tab. You’ll see three different email types you can customize:

Donation Confirmation Email

Step 3: Customize the Email
You’ve got several ways to personalize the message:

Upload a Custom Header
You can add your own header image. (Recommended size: 600px x 217px) -
Edit the Email Content
Use the text box to write your message and make it your own! You can:-
Insert placeholders to personalize each email

Upload photos and videos

Add a link by clicking the link button next to the video button in the formatting bar at the top of the textbox

Send Emails in Multiple Languages
Click “Add Language” at the top of the email editor to include different versions of your message. -
Reset to Default
Want to start over? Just click "Reset email to default content" to return to the original text.
