Would you like your donations to sync directly with your CRM? You can integrate your CRM into Charidy directly from your organization’s Charidy Dashboard.
The instructions below walk you through how to integrate ChabadOne, a popular CRM used by many organizations. These same steps also apply if you are using Salesforce, as the integration process works the same way.
Follow the steps below to get set up.
How to Integrate ChabadOne (or Salesforce) with Charidy
Step 1: Create a Campaign in ChabadOne
Open ChabadOne on your desktop computer.
Create a new campaign.
Copy the campaign ID from your browser’s address bar. You’ll need this in the next steps.
Step 2: Start the Integration in Charidy
Log in to your Charidy Dashboard.
Click Integrations in the left-side menu.
Select New Integration.
Step 3: Connect ChabadOne
Choose ChabadOne from the list of available integrations.
8. Paste your ChabadOne campaign ID (the one you copied earlier) into the designated field.
Step 4: Log in to Your CRM
Open a new browser tab and log in to your ChabadOne (or Salesforce) account.
Step 5: Finalize the Integration
Return to your Charidy Dashboard.
Click the receipt icon next to the integration to edit it.
Enter your Charidy campaign ID into the “Link Export for Campaign ID list” text box.
Important: Your Charidy campaign ID is different from your ChabadOne campaign ID. You can find your Charidy campaign ID directly on your Charidy Dashboard.
Click Save Changes to complete the integration.
