You can download your Stripe Report directly from your Charidy Dashboard—whenever you need it. This report includes all payouts you've received along with the donations linked to each one.
Follow these steps to get your report:
1. Log into your Charidy Dashboard
Go to dashboard.charidy.com and log in to your organization account.
2. Click on “Donation Summaries”
You’ll find this on the left-hand side of your dashboard.
3. Select “Stripe Report” from the drop-down list
4. Choose your campaign and generate your report
Use the drop-down to pick your campaign, then click “Generate report.”
5. Check your email
You’ll receive an email within a few minutes. Click “Download your report” in the message to access it.
