Add offline donations to your Charidy campaign so every contribution is counted. Whether you’ve received cash, a check, or a donation through a non-integrated platform, you can easily record it in your dashboard to keep your totals accurate.
How to Add Offline Donations to Your Campaign
If you receive a donation outside of Charidy—like cash, a check, or from another payment platform—you can still make sure it shows up in your campaign total. Here’s how:
1. Log in to your Charidy account
Go to dashboard.charidy.com/login and sign in.
2. Select “Add Offline Donation”
From your campaign dashboard, find and click the Add offline donation option.
3. Enter the donation details
Fill in the form with the donation amount, donor’s name, and any important notes. Once everything looks correct, click Add Donation to save it.
That’s it! Your offline donation will now appear in your campaign total.
