You can update the card linked to your recurring donation anytime from your Charidy donor profile. Just sign in, find your donation, and enter your new card details—it only takes a minute!
How to update the card for your recurring donation
If you’d like to change the card linked to your recurring donation, you can easily update it in your Charidy donor account. Here’s how:
First, sign in or create your Charidy donor account:

Don’t have an account yet? Sign up here using the same email address you used when donating. This will pull in your past donations.

Already have an account? Log in here. If you’ve forgotten your password, just click “Forgot Password” to reset it.
Once you're logged in:

Click “Donations” on the left-hand menu.

Find the recurring donation you'd like to update.

Click the three dots (•••) next to that donation to open the Actions menu.

Select “Update Payment Details.”

A pop-up will appear—enter your new card information.

Click “Save” to confirm your changes.
Your next scheduled donation will be charged to the new card you just saved.
