Once a donation has been processed, the amount can’t be changed. Don’t worry—there’s still an easy way to fix this.
To update the donation amount, you’ll need to request a refund from the organization you donated to. After the refund is completed, you can return to the campaign page and make a new donation with the correct amount.
You can click here for for step-by-step instructions on how to request a refund from the organization. If the campaign has already ended, you can reach out to the organization directly to donate through them or ask if they have another active campaign you can support.
