Cancel a Recurring Donation

Log in to your donor profile at dashboard.charidy.com/donor-log-in.

Select ‘Donations' on the left-hand side of your profile. 

Locate your recurring donation and click on the ‘Actions’ button.

Select ‘Cancel Subscription’ and confirm.
