To request a refund you need to contact the organization directly. You can locate the organization's contact information on the campaign page. If the campaign is no longer visible, please follow the next steps.
1. First, log into your donor's account using this link - https://dashboard.charidy.com/donor-log-in .
2. Once logged in, find a "Donations" tab in the left-hand side menu:
3. Click on the three dots and select "Organization Contacts". Use this contact information to request a refund.
