If you’d like to request a refund, the best thing to do is reach out directly to the organization you donated to. Their team handles all refund requests, and they’ll be happy to help.
You can usually find their contact information on the campaign page. If the campaign isn’t visible anymore, here’s how you can still get in touch:
1. Log in to your donor account.
2. Click Donations on the left-hand menu.
3. Find the donation in question, click the three dots, and choose Organization Contacts.
4. Use the email or phone number provided to reach out and request a refund.
