If the campaign is still live, please reach out to email@example.com or contact the organization directly. You can locate the organization's contact information on the campaign page. If the campaign is no longer visible, please follow the next steps.
1. First, log into your donor's account using this link - https://dashboard.charidy.com/donor-log-in .
2. Once logged in, find a "Donations" tab in the left-hand side menu:
3. Click on the three dots and select "Organization Contacts". Use this contact information to request a refund.
If you are unable to locate the organization's contact information, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will submit a refund on your behalf.
