There are a number of factors that determine the payment gateways (methods) provided for a specific campaign. Each campaign is unique in the gateways that are available.

The organization and a Charidy fundraising specialist determine the best options while setting up the campaign. If your desired method is not shown on the campaign page, then it is not supported for this campaign. 

Please note that during the campaign setup, many factors are considered when selecting payment gateways. Variables such as processing fees, international fees, supported currencies, etc. are taken into account to determine the best fit for this campaign.
