Identify your Campaign Manager

Looking to connect with your Campaign Manager? Here's how you can find their contact information quickly and easily through your Charidy account.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Head to dashboard.charidy.com/login and sign in to your organization’s account.

Step 2: Go to the Campaigns Section

From the left-hand menu, click on “Campaigns” to see your list of active and past campaigns.

1. Step 3: Open Campaign Settings

   Find the campaign you're working on and click the pencil icon (“Edit”) next to it to open the editing panel.

2. Step 4: Find Your Campaign Manager’s Info

   Inside the editing view, scroll to the contact information section. There, you’ll see your Campaign Manager’s name and contact details so you can reach out directly with any questions or needs.
