You can view and download a full list of your recurring donations right from your Charidy Dashboard. This report helps you track subscription activity, donor details, and payment status—so you always know what’s happening with your active recurring gifts.
1. Log in to your Charidy Dashboard at dashboard.charidy.com/login.
2. On the left-hand menu, click Donation Summaries.
3. From the list of report options, select Stripe Recurring Plan Summary.
4. Choose the campaign you’d like to view and click Refresh.
You’ll now see a full table of subscription data for your selected campaign. You can view it directly in your dashboard, or download it as an Excel file for easier editing and readability.
This report gives you a clear view of:

Each active subscription tied to the campaign

Donor information
-
Total number of installments
-
Number of completed and remaining charges
-
Subscription status and more
Use this report to stay up-to-date on your recurring donations and make sure everything is processing smoothly.
Important details about donor subscriptions:

Donors are automatically notified by email about upcoming payments, failed charges, and canceled subscriptions.

If a payment fails, Stripe will retry up to five times over a few days. If it still can’t process, the subscription will automatically be canceled.

Donors can cancel their own subscription through their Charidy Donor Profile or by using a link in their email notifications.
